Loxone · KNX

A home that runs as one system. Not five apps and five remotes.

Climate, lighting, blinds, access, irrigation, pool and security from the same system — installed and maintained by the same team that handles the rest of the installations.

What it is

Centralised control of what you already have — and what you are about to install.

Home automation is not a separate gadget: it is the layer that lets climate, energy, water and security talk to each other. We work with Loxone, KNX and related systems.

Climate and heating

Air conditioning, underfloor heating, radiators and ventilation by zone, with schedules and scenes.

Lighting

On/off, dimming and scenes (dinner, reading, night) from your phone or the switch.

Blinds and awnings

Automatic opening by sun, wind or presence — without going room by room.

Access and security

Doors, gates, video entry, open sensors, cameras and alarm on the same panel.

Pool

Temperature, filtration and water level controlled remotely, coordinated with the rest.

Irrigation and energy

Zoned irrigation, real-time consumption and priorities between grid, panels and batteries.

Leak detection

Sensors that shut off the water themselves and alert your phone before damage spreads.

Comfort and audio

Multi-room audio, EV charger, weather station and automations driven by outdoor conditions.

Who it is for

For anyone who wants a home (or a development) that manages itself.

Villa moderna con piscina

Villas and single-family homes

Where remote comfort and scenes are part of how the house is lived in.

Planificación de reforma sobre planos

Full renovations

The moment to cable it properly: leave it for later and the cost jumps.

Complejo residencial moderno

Complexes and developments

Commercial differentiation and less aftercare: the home acts before damage is done.

Varias apps y sistemas en el móvil

Anyone with disconnected systems

One brand for climate, another for lights, a third for the alarm — and none of them talk.

What problem it solves

The mess of remotes, apps and providers nobody wants to inherit.

01

One remote per system

Every installation brings its own app and logic. Home automation unifies them: one panel, one logic, one point of contact.

02

Issues that arrive too late

A leak, an open door or runaway climate is noticed when the damage is already done. The system cuts and alerts in seconds.

03

Nobody else can configure it

If only the original installer understands the cabinet, every change is a problem. We leave a documented, maintainable system.

Selected work

What can be controlled — and how it looks at home.

First, real finished installations; then examples of the kind of system we build (lighting, climate, blinds, access, pool).

Frequently asked questions

Mainly Loxone and KNX. We choose by project: budget, typology and which systems need integrating (climate, energy, access).

Both. In new build we cable with headroom. In renovation we reuse what is there and prioritise the highest-impact pieces (climate, lighting, security, leaks).

Not necessarily. It can integrate what you already have or build access and detection from scratch. What matters is managing everything from one system.

We do. Same team that installs climate, water and energy: an issue does not turn into a round of calls to three providers.

With the property type, the scope (lighting, climate, security, pool…) and drawings or a specification if you have them. We tell you what fits and in what order.

Want a home that is actually under control?

Send us the drawings or tell us which systems you want unified. We will outline scope, order and what makes sense in your case.
